Mr Birla stated that the BK Birla Scholars Program displayed his grandfather’s generosity of spirit and devotion to supporting the sustained growth of emerging business leaders.
Mr. B.K. Birla took up a leadership position in his family business at an early age, using his strategic intelligence and foresight to grow a great global empire. A lot of foremost institutions have been influenced by his knowledge and mature leadership, among them the BK Birla Centre of Education in Pune, the Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, and the Birla Institute of Management Technology in Delhi. More than 50,000 candidates annually study in educational institutions created by him.
