BURGER KING McLAMORE Foundation Scholarship 2021

BURGER KING McLamore Foundation Scholarship was established in 2005 as the benevolent arm of Burger King. It intends to encourage academic success in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico and to monetarily support their employees, employees’ partners or domestic partners, employees’ offspring, and high school seniors. The program provides exceptional students scholarship awards that will help them pursue their undergraduate education.

Each year, the foundation provides about $3.7 million scholarship awards to over 3,000 applicants. So far, the program has granted over $44 million in scholarship awards to more than 33,000 deserving candidates.

Integrity, good citizenship, entrepreneurial spirit, high standards, and education are the principles that characterise the core of the foundation and are the same values that characterised the co-founder of Burger king, James W. McLamore, and now the Foundation will continue to develop his legacy and devotion to education.
